I was born here in 1960 and have found myself to be among the very few who have continued to live and work in St. Petersburg for my entire life. I love this community as I have watched it develop (sometimes painfully so) to the place it is today. I am a member of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and have enjoyed seeing companies (both large and small) move in with the feeling that they have stumbled upon one of America's best kept secrets. I am a major (no pun intended) Devil Rays fan who feels that St. Petersburg has finally "blossomed" as it has become a place in which one can be proud of saying he or she is from.

I was formerly a real estate paralegal for 22 years; six of those years I worked as a secretary in other areas of the law. In Florida, attorneys can underwrite title insurance. Because of this, I was educated in the title insurance arena and have prepared closing documents and attended countless closings as an assistant to the attorneys I have worked for . I have watched real estate deals come together from virtually every aspect of the transactions.
I know what it takes to put a transaction together; I know my city; I am known for my integrity and work ethics, I am not afraid of working hard and I hope to have the opportunity to work with you!
